I am offering a comprehensive drum instruction program for beginning to advanced players of all ages.

There are fundamental skills that every aspiring drummer should develop regardless of what style of music they want to play.

    The lessons are for anyone seeking drum instruction from absolute beginners to advanced players.
  • What types of lessons are offered?

    • Fundamentals -- The fundamentals course is a snare drum and drum set development survey for beginners as well as more experienced players with a desire to read and includes snare drum reading studies, stick control and rudiment studies, drum set coordination studies and rock, jazz, funk, latin, and more.
    • Intermediate and Advanced Topics -- This course is for students who have completed the fundamentals course and includes intermediate to advanced level snare and drum set studies.
  • When are lesson times available?

    I have a variety of times available. Please see the contact page of this site.
  • Where are the lessons conducted?

    The lessons are conducted at my home studio.
  • Why should I take lessons?

    Taking lessons will improve your drumming.
  • Do I have to have a drum set to take lessons?

    No. Students without drum sets will still be taught drum set during the lessons, but will concentrate primarily on snare drum reading development.
